YIKES: Biden Makes Embarassing Gaffe about Holocaust During Trip to Israel [WATCH]

President Joe Biden landed in Israel yesterday and kicked off the start of his two-day visit to the country (a country whose intelligence service, Mossad, might have been Jeffrey Epstein’s employer) with a very embarassing Holocaust gaffe.

Biden, you see, was doing the typical and trying to talk about how horrible the Holocaust was, but instead of getting everything right and just reading off of the teleprompter, he flubbed a few words and ended up saying that we need to honor the Holocaust.

Speaking that, Biden said:

“Later today, I will once more return to the hallowed ground of … Yad Vashem to honor the 6 million Jewish lives that were stolen in a genocide and continue — which we must do every, every day — continue to bear witness, to keep alive the truth and honor of the Holocaust — horror of the Holocaust — honor those we lost, so that we never, ever forget that lesson, you know, and to continue our shared, unending work to fight the poison of anti-Semitism wherever it raises its ugly head.”

Watch that here:

Now, obviously, Biden isn’t an anti-Semite. He didn’t show up in Israel to start telling them how great he thinks the Holocaust was or “honor” it, obviously. It was just a gaffe.

However, it’s an important gaffe in that it shows how dangerous the president’s seemingly failing mental state is; Israel is a close ally and will probably just move on, but what would happen if Biden made similar remarks when trying to deal with Russia, accidentally saying that it was a good think Hitler killed millions of Russian POWs and civilians? It’s hard to imagine that going well, much less help with moving negotiations along.

The problem, here at least, isn’t that Biden is evil-minded. When it comes to this topic, he’s not. Rather, the problem is that he keeps sticking his foot in his mouth in a very embarassing way, one that might prove deleterious to America in more ways than just making us look foolish.

Biden went on to honor the victims of the Holocaust during his trip, as ABC reports, saying:

For the final event of his day Wednesday on his trip to Israel, President Joe Biden visited the country’s national Holocaust memorial, the Yad Vashem Holocaust Remembrance Center in Jerusalem, and spoke intimately with two American Holocaust survivors.

The visit was a solemn one. Biden was invited to “rekindle” the eternal flame and lay a wreath on the slab of marble under which the ashes of Holocaust victims from the concentration camps are buried.

Two U.S. Marines placed the wreath on the slab, and Biden bent down to put a hand on it, before taking a quiet moment in front of the slab.

The president spent several minutes speaking to two American Holocaust survivors, Dr. Gita Cycowicz and Rena Quint, urging the women to sit as he approached.

Biden knelt down and spent several minutes speaking to them in close proximity, with most of the conversation muffled by the shutter of reporters’ cameras. Biden gave both women and hug and kiss on the cheek.
