Woke “Star Wars” Actor Has Humiliating Meltdown Over this Conservative Bill

Governor Ron DeSantis and the Florida legislature are pushing through a bill, HB 1557, that the media has falsely labeled the “don’t say gay bill.” In reality, it provides, among other things about informing parents about what their kids are learning, that:

A school district may not encourage classroom discussion about sexual orientation or gender identity in primary grade levels or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students

Despite that fact about what’s actually in the bill, the media has continued to slander and smear it and the GOP politicians pushing it as the “don’t say gay bill,” something Governor Ron DeSantis demolished a reporter for doing at a recent press conference.

Further, because of that “fake news” reporting about what’s actually in the bill, many leftists are having absolute meltdowns about it, taking to Twitter to vent their rage about a law they think prohibits saying “gay”. It doesn’t, but leftists, never the brightest bulbs to begin with, believe Brian Stelter and Co., so they’re freaking out and melting down.

One such panicking leftist is famed “Star Wars” actor Mark Hamill, who lost it on Twitter, responding to an Occupy Democrats post about the supposed evils of the bill by saying:

gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gaygay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay gay🌈

Thank you Mark, very cool!

Apparently, he wasn’t proactive enough to actually read the four-page bill and realize that not a single part of it prohibits saying “gay” and that it instead just stops loons from preaching propaganda to young children.

As a result, Hamill was hit for his comment by those who think he didn’t read it. One commenter, for example, asked if he read it then described what it actually does:

Did you read the bill Mark?

“Don’t Say Gay Bill” might be the largest real-time fake news spread by the majority of the mainstream press in history. It also highlights the out of proportion power 6% of the population (LGBT % in the US) has on the media. 90% of media likely didn’t bother reading the Bill

Another hit Hammill for the childishness (oh, the irony) and sheer idiocy of his post, again noting how reasonable the bill actually is:

Right?! Just stop with this immature crap. What a disappointment people have come. If you don’t agree with this bill, you either didn’t actually read it – or there’s a way more serious issue in this country than we even know.

Another accused Hammill of encouraging division for no real reason and of not actually reading the bill, saying:

Obsessed with division. Read the bill then come talk to me.

Another was a bit nicer, but still corrected Hammill, saying:

I love you @HamillHimself but this bill doesn’t do what they’re saying it does. It doesn’t cancel free speech or gay people. It’s saying public school teachers can’t teach sexuality to five year olds.

My guess? Hammill didn’t read the bill and wanted to virtue signal that he’s “pro-gay.” Shocker that an actor would act like that…
