President Trump isn’t one to mince words, especially when dealing with the radical, incompetent, and often evil left. Whereas the RINOs try to remain “civil” when dealing with an enemy that will viciously destroy them at the first opportunity, Trump is always either on the offensive or counter-punching.
Such was the case at CPAC, where he sounded off on the tyranny we’re seeing in Canada and used the example of that once-free nation’s descent into tyranny as an opportunity to draw a line in the sand. On one side are liberty lovers. On the other side are leftists of the sort that cracked down on the truckers in Canada.
Speaking on that, Trump first gave his summary of what we’ve seen so far in Canada, saying:
The tyranny we have witnessed in Canada in recent weeks should shock and dismay people all over the world. In an advanced Western democracy, the peaceful movement of patriotic truckers, workers, and families protesting for their most basic rights and liberties has been violently put down.
Their assets and life savings have been frozen. They have been slandered as Nazis, racists, and terrorists. These are the names they have been called. They’ve been arrested and charged with phony crimes. They’ve been falsely accused of loyalty to foreign powers. I watched them. I saw those Maple Leafs all over the flags and the love for their country. Plenty of Americans were there too, and they love our country.
He then, after adding that Trudeau is hunting down the peaceful protesters standing against him “like enemies of their own government” and treating them “worse than drug dealers and murderers or rapists,” drew his line in the sand, saying:
“A line has been crossed. You’re either with the peaceful truckers or you are with the left wing fascists. And it’s been a strong line. We stand with the truckers and we stand with the Canadian people in their noble quest to reclaim their freedom.”
Later, he emphasized how that fight for freedom is one taking place in America too, explaining just what the radical leftists are doing and vowing resistance, saying:
And you know, as early as when it first happened, I let the governors make that decision. And we had some governors that did a great job, and we had some governors that didn’t do a very good job. But I can tell you that the Republican governors did quite well. Thank you quite well. And a big big difference also on crime. You look at where the crime is, and you don’t see the word Republican very much, if at all. With one voice, Americans must insist that the emergency is over.
And we will submit to this left-wing tyranny no longer we will not do it any longer. They’re causing so much damage to people and to our children. The people who are masking our children may plan to live those mandates right before the election, thinking they’ll get some votes. But we will never forget what they did to our children. We will hold them accountable at the ballot box this November.

Trump is generally right, as is usual in situations such as these. While the leftists are much more communists/Marxists than fascists, as they hate their heritage and culture, he’s otherwise spot on.
One side, the leftists, pretend to love freedom and liberty but really hate both. They can’t stand that men won’t bow to their diktats, that those with chests still stand upright rather than bending the knee to the medical tyranny of these dark days and surrendering entirely to the cultural Marxists in charge.
On the other side are liberty lovers. Fed up with the mandates, fed up with the attacks on their culture and heritage, fed up with the indoctrination of their children, they’re finally fighting back. They’re throwing Democrats out of office, rallying in the streets, and refusing to comply with the left. They’re fighting for their God-given rights and intend on getting them back.
And, if ever there were an issue that clearly shows the two sides, it’s the situation in Canada. The truckers and their supporters stand for freedom, Trudeau and his jack-booted thugs for tyranny.
