WATCH: Huge Fireball Billows on Ohio Highway When Dump Truck Hits Service Vehicle

Fortunately, no one was killed in the below incident. Unfortunately, however, two people were seriously injured.

Apparently, what happened was that a speeding dump truck slammed into the vehicle of an Ohio service worker that was parked on the side of the road. Following the crash, a massive fireball billowed up and over the side of the highway.

Just the News, reporting on the Akron-area crash, reports that “An official with ODOT told media that it was “nothing short of a miracle” that the worker survived the incident.

Take this video as a reminder that the roads are dangerous. Summer is fast-approaching, if not already here for you. Many of us drive more during the summer, taking road trips to bodies of water, heading to the mountains for a hike, or otherwise just spending our free time going somewhere.

Danger is never more than a second away on the road. Someone could fall asleep and crash, be texting and crash, lose control of their car while speeding, or just be a bad driver.

In short, the roads are seriously dangerous, particularly when more people are on them. So all of y’all be careful out there!
