When Kamala isn’t cackling, she’s apparently using the extra available time to make even more of a fool of herself than the does when uncomfortably laughing, appearing vapider and her skull more vacant with each and every word.
Sometimes she doesn’t even need to say different words and phrases to make a fool of herself, she just keeps repeating the same thing over and over again in the hope that…well the “why” wasn’t exactly clear. Watch that here:

As you can hear, Kamala, speaking about “the passage of time,” decided to use the phrase a number of times in one long thought, saying:
“We were all doing a tour of the library here and talking about the significance of the passage of time right. The significance of the passage of time, so when you think about it there is great significance to passage of time. There is such great significance to the passage of time when you think of a day in the life of our children.
Like a kid called on in class that didn’t do his homework, Kamala just kept repeating the same phrase over and over again, likely either stalling for time and hoping something would come to her or having no idea at all what she was saying and just rambling to fill the airwaves with something.
Wayne Dupree’s site, noting that “kid who didn’t do her homework” nature of Kamala’s rambling, incoherent speech, saying:
Remember her recent trip to Poland and Romania, when she was cackling and so unprepared she didn’t even know how to answer simple questions?
The rumor around town is that Kamala doesn’t read her briefs, so she literally doesn’t know what’s going on… and that’s very clear when you listen to her speak. She spews out these bizarre word salads, where she says a lot, without actually saying anything at all.
Indeed. Kamala is as empty-headed as a balloon, a woman utterly incapable of even doing basic things like not giving a rambling, absurd, incoherent speech when discussing libraries.
As the Washington Examiner notes, “Harris’s trip Monday to Louisiana was to highlight the “necessity” of bringing high-speed broadband internet to communities.” That’s all she was there to do. All she had to do was say something about bringing the internet to rural communities.
But she couldn’t. That was too much for her. She had to ramble and look the fool, embarrassing herself and Biden’s administration in humiliating fashion. What a joke of a VP, one has to stifle the urge to cackle when listening to her.
She was, as could be expected, widely mocked on Twitter. The Libs of TikTok, for example, posted this funny quote graphic, saying “Inspiring words from our Vice President.”

Indeed. She’ll certainly be remembered among Sir Winston Churchill, Abraham Lincoln, and Mark Twain for her stirring orations and witty commentary. Perhaps one day she’ll get a statue: “Cackling Kamala: The First Black* Woman to Use the Phrase “Passage of Time” Four Times in One Remark.” How impressive!
