The Left’s Horrific War on God, Freedom, and American Patriotism

The ‘awake’ among us have recognized for some time now America was being hollowed out from inside by insidious rot, Cultural Marxism.
If you remain oblivious to what Cultural Marxism is, and how by design it was incubated and unleashed on our ‘American Experiment,’ the video that follows summarizes sufficiently. Here is an article on the Frankfurt School for further reference.

Any American who has rejected Liberal Progressive ideology or more broadly ‘ Leftism,’ the Democrat Party, Socialism, Communism, or Cultural Marxism have suffered the wrath of Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals’ tactics thrust upon them. Alinsky has 13 rules; however the one below clarifies the goals of the key strategy.

Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions.

For most of America’s decades, there has always been a majority societal tone that served to hold the center and navigate the culture within the bounds of pro-American values based on a Judeo – Christian, ” Golden Rules” compass, and law and order. Those days have been fading since the 1960s, and present-day America looks and feels very much like the stages of the end of the Roman Empire.

Those citizens who possess rational thinking skills, embrace individual liberty, identify with a faith, defend the sanctity of life and the first and second amendments, uphold the US Constitution, dare to support Conservatism, vote Republican, and have white skin, but are not virtue signaling as a Liberal – they have become ‘the other.’ Oh, and if you happen to be in these categories, and male – you are elevated to the most dangerous other.

The electorate has been divided smack down the middle for some time now. Or is it? Recognizing that our elections are riddled with integrity issues, and public opinion is easily manipulated to move the Overton window through censorship and social media, I wonder who actually holds the majority mainstream view. If one accepts the polling numbers and election results, 50% would fall under the label of ” the other.’

So let us review just a sampling of the evolving polarizing targeted labeling to date:

And now we have all graduated to a new label per the Associated Press:

“Mastriano, a state senator and retired Army colonel, has not only made faith central to his personal story but has woven conservative Christian beliefs and symbols into the campaign — becoming the most prominent example this election cycle of what some observers call a surge of Christian nationalism among Republican candidates.”

Got that? You , ‘the other’ are now Christian Nationalists.

Reading the AP’s article entitled, “Christian Nationalism on the Rise in Some GOP Campaigns” it is palpable that the writers were at ease identifying large swaths of supporters of a political candidate as ‘the other.’ The identified label that dehumanizes , ostracizes, degrades, and above all, assigns a negative connotation. Where have we seen this type of planned strategy before play out in history?

The history of the founding of this country is steeped in the foundational principle that one is protected, and defended, to practice their faith without restraint, coercion, or derision. The AP seems to have slept through the classes on American history. Oh, I’m bad , Civics is no longer taught in public schools to any degree anymore. How is that working out for us?

The victory party took on the feel of an evangelical worship service after Doug Mastriano won Pennsylvania’s Republican gubernatorial primary this month. As a Christian singer led the crowd in song, some raised their arms toward the heavens in praise.



The horror! A politician in America referenced God. What is worse is those people in the room were into it- you can just feel the AP reporter’s anxiety as they gulped down their Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with double shots of expresso.

No doubt, this latest Alinsky attack was to target a Trump-backed candidate weaponizing the religious aspect as a cudgel for political advantage. But the left in our country has been drifting more and more in its blatant bigotry toward Christians. It is not hyperbole to say the progressives are marching to a goal of making one’s religious beliefs restrained under law. If you are an American who still cannot grasp that this article and the propaganda leftists behind it are viciously attacking and mocking your faith to your face – then there is no end in sight to the damage they will inflict on all of us ahead.

But let us examine the absurd premises( strawmen) the AP article’s writers put forth along the Yellow Brick Road stroll to Armageddon for the Republic.

  • The notion that American politicians and the electorate have been void of religious references or framework until a recent rise of ‘Christian Nationalism.’
  • The assertion that a politician who expressed the belief in America’s divine providence was somehow an outlier.
  • Only Conservative politicians invoke God and faith in campaigns, and while holding office.
  • Candidates that highlight their Christian faith have poor election success. One in four American adults belongs to an evangelical Christian denomination according to a Pew Research Center 2014 study, making evangelicals the most common religious group just ahead of those without a religious affiliation. Gallup’s 2020 election assessment: “About one-fourth of all voters were White Evangelical Christians, and they voted overwhelmingly for Trump, providing a core segment of his base vote.”
  • The claim that those who accurately explain the First Amendment and subsequent Jefferson’s Danbury letter are perpetuating a myth about the concept of separation of church and state, see here.
  • The AP assertion that Mastriano is unique as a politician, running or holding office, references a fight between good and evil.
  • The AP assertion: “Christian prayers and symbols featured prominently in and around the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection there.” First, the FBI under oath to Congress stated there was no insurrection on Jan 6, 2021. Second, The Capitol building and Federal City are plastered literally into marble and infrastructure, religious scripture, and symbols. In the United States Capitol the declaration “In God We Trust” is prominently displayed in both the United States House and Senate Chambers. Religious artwork is found throughout the United States Capitol, including in the Rotunda where the prayer service of Christopher Columbus, the Baptism of Pocahontas, and the prayer and Bible study of the Pilgrims are all prominently displayed; in the Cox Corridor of the Capitol where the words “America! God shed His grace on thee” are inscribed; at the east Senate entrance with the words “Annuit Coeptis” – Latin for “God has favored our undertakings”; and in numerous other locations.
  • The AP assertion that anyone who questions the legitimacy of the 2020 elections is out of touch with the mainstream and not fit for office and perpetrating “The Big Lie.” The latest polling indicates that 55% of those polled feel cheating happened in the last election; 77% Republican, 35% Democrat and 53% Independents, see here.

What follows is just a thimble worth of American political candidacies and presidents’ quotes to exemplify the absurdities pushed in the AP article.

If one wants to sound the alarm that politicians are gathering church – like revivals look no further than ‘Miss Thang’ herself pandering a black accent even!

Candidate Joe Biden ran specific faith – targeted campaign ads.

Senator Kamala Harris launched her VP bid in a speech where she referenced God.

Former Congressman John Delaney of Maryland, Senator Amy Klobuchar, Senator Cory Booker and others, running for President gave full – throated convictions about their faith, here.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi:

After she was re-elected as speaker of the House gave a speech on the House floor in which she said that members of Congress “need God’s blessing.” She also frequently quotes Bible scripture , even made up ones.

Candidate Barack Obama, spent much of his campaign conducting “faith tours” of churches in Iowa, and also claimed that his spiritual values inform his decision-making.

Candidate Bill Clinton:

“I am proud of my Christian faith,” he said, “and it informs what I do. And I don’t think that people of my faith background should be prohibited from debating in the public square.”

Andrew Jackson referred to “the goodness of that Power whose providence mercifully protected our national infancy.”

“[The Bible] is the rock on which our Republic rests.” 

Martin Van Buren looked to “the gracious protection of that Divine Being.”

James K. Polk prayed, “I fervently invoke the aid of that Almighty Ruler of the Universe.”

Franklin Pierce mentioned “the nation’s humble, acknowledged dependence upon God”

James Buchanan declared, “I must humbly invoke the God of our fathers.”

 Andrew Johnson noted, “Duties have been mine; consequences are God’s.”

“I do believe in Almighty God! And I believe also in the Bible… Let us look forward to the time when we can take the flag of our country and nail it below the Cross, and there let it wave as it waved in the olden times, and let us gather around it and inscribed for our motto: “Liberty and Union, one and inseparable, now and forever,” and exclaim, Christ first, our country next!” 

Woodrow Wilson:

“The Bible is the one supreme source of revelation of the meaning of life, the nature of God, and spiritual nature and needs of men. It is the only guide of life which really leads the spirit in the way of peace and salvation. America was born a Christian nation. America was born to exemplify that devotion to the elements of righteousness which are derived from the revelations of Holy Scripture.”

Franklin D. Roosevelt :

We cannot read the history of our rise and development as a nation, without reckoning with the place the Bible has occupied in shaping the advances of the Republic. Where we have been the truest and most consistent in obeying its precepts, we have attained the greatest measure of contentment and prosperity.” 

Harry S. Truman:

“The fundamental basis of this nation’s laws was given to Moses on the Mount. The fundamental basis of our Bill of Rights comes from the teachings we get from Exodus and Saint Matthew, from Isaiah and Saint Paul. I don’t think we emphasize that enough these days. If we don’t have a proper fundamental moral background, we will finally end up with a totalitarian government which does not believe in rights for anybody except the State!”

John F. Kennedy stated “here on earth, God’s work truly must be our own.”

 “We observe today not a victory of party, but a celebration of freedom – symbolizing an end, as well as a beginning – signifying renewal, as well as change. For I have sworn before you and Almighty God the same solemn oath our forebears prescribed nearly a century and three quarters ago.”

“the same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought are still at issue around the globe – the belief that the rights of man come not from the generosity of the state, but from the hand of God.” 

Lyndon B. Johnson referred to “the oath I have taken before you and God.”

Jimmy Carter :

“You can’t divorce religious belief and public service. . . I’ve never detected any conflict between God’s will and my political duty. If you violate one, you violate the other.” 

 Bill Clinton quoted Scripture: “And let us not be weary in well-doing, for in due season, we shall reap, if we faint not.”

Barack Obama declared, “This is the source of our confidence — the knowledge that God calls on us to shape an uncertain destiny.”

“Let it be said by our children’s children that when we were tested we refused to let this journey end, that we did not turn back nor did we falter; and with eyes fixed on the horizon and God’s grace upon us, we carried forth that great gift of freedom and delivered it safely to future generations.”

Joe Biden:

“It captures the faith that sustains me, which I believe sustains America. And I hope and I hope I can provide some comfort and solace,” he told the crowd before reciting the hymn. “And he will raise you up on eagle’s wings, bear you on the breath of dawn. Make you to shine like the sun and hold you in the palm of his hand.”

“And now, together — on eagle’s wings — we embark on the work that God and history have called upon us to do.”

“As God’s children each of us have a purpose in our lives.”

George Washington:

Washington wrote in 1778: “The hand of Providence has been so conspicuous in all of this, that he must be worse than an infidel that lacks faith, and more than wicked, that has not gratitude enough to acknowledge his obligations.”

Thomas Jefferson:

 And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”

John Adams:

“The general principles on which the fathers achieved independence were the general principles of Christianity. I will avow that I then believed, and now believe, that those general principles of Christianity are as eternal and immutable as the existence and attributes of God.”

John Quincy Adams:

“In the chain of human events, the birthday of the nation is indissolubly linked with the birthday of the Savior. The Declaration of Independence laid the cornerstone of human government upon the first precepts of Christianity.”

Abraham Lincoln:

“Fondly do we hope — fervently do we pray — that this mighty scourge of war may speedily pass away. Yet, if God wills that it continue, until all the wealth piled by the bond-man’s two hundred and fifty years of unrequited toil shall be sunk, and until every drop of blood drawn with the lash, shall be paid by another drawn with the sword, as was said three thousand years ago, so still it must be said “the judgments of the Lord, are true and righteous altogether.”

Grover Cleveland:

“I know there is a Supreme Being who rules the affairs of men and whose goodness and mercy have always followed the American people, and I know He will not turn from us now if we humbly and reverently seek His powerful aid.”

Dwight D. Eisenhower:

“Before all else, we seek, upon our common labor as a nation, the blessings of Almighty God.”

Ronald Reagan:

“I believe with all my heart that standing up for America means standing up for the God who has so blessed our land. We need God’s help to guide our nation through stormy seas. But we can’t expect Him to protect America in a crisis if we just leave Him over on the shelf in our day-to-day living.”

All of the above quotes took less than ten minutes to find yet the AP reporters are aghast at the PA candidate’s ‘Christian Nationalism’ on parade. Either the reporters are too lazy to know American and American political history or they are banking the reader does not.

The Leftist agenda to use religion as a pejorative against the opposition is not debatable anymore. Why? It is a highly effective Alinsky tactic, that is why.

The haunting question of why Americans of faith and non-faith tolerated and still do – such a transparent and vile attack against other Americans politically aligned or otherwise. History screams that answer…Why is no one listening?

Cultural Marxists are systematically deconstruction the foundations on which our liberties stand and are defended. Freedom to practice religion was most recently infringed upon during Covid lockdowns and hardly a peep from most Americans. Do you imagine now, when the leftists are brazenly penning such bigotry against Christians that what the founding of this country is moored upon – will remain intact?

We know where this Yellow Brick Road ends. Do something now before it’s too late.
