Recently, General Milley defended the military’s practice of teaching CRT to its soldiers, claiming that doing so was necessary because he wanted to understand “white guilt.”
However, some in the military are still trying to cover up the woke indoctrination going on in the military. Namely, Sec Def Austin had this to say during a spat with Rep. Gaetz:
“We do not teach critical race theory. We don’t embrace critical race theory, and I think that’s a spurious conversation. And so we are focused on extremist behaviors. And not ideology, not people’s thoughts, not people’s political orientation”
That contradicts what Gen. Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, said during his part of the hearing. You can watch the full video here:

Rep. Gaetz, responding, said:
“It is particularly helpful that you have said that the Department of Defense does not embrace critical race theory and that you think the discussion is not appropriate. I would suggest that it is the ideology that is not appropriate”
Re. Gaetz is right. CRT is not an appropriate ideology to be teaching the military.
