Attacking Wrongthink with Hellfires? An MSNBC Host Wants to Kill Americans with Drone Strikes
Well, I think it’s fair to say that, after the election, things in America have gotten somewhat out of control. There was the social media crackdown on conservatives, the monopolistic attack on Parler and free speech, the Capitol riot, and the beginning of impeaching Trump for…being a bad, orange man. But, apparently, that’s not enough for some people. MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace wants to use drones to target Americans with different opinions than hers. Here’s the video, for those of you that have the stomach to watch it:
For those that don’t, here’s what she says.
First, Wallace, describing DHS’s National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin, said:
“There’s a bulletin released to all law enforcement earlier this week, that there is, until the end of April, a persistent threat of domestic extremism, domestic terrorism carried out in the ideology and around this belief that the election was fraudulent, that the Covid restrictions are unnecessary. All of those ideologies pushed by Donald Trump.”
Next, she launches into a brief history of one of the most controversial moments of our war against radical Islamic terrorism, a moment described well in Hunting in the Shadows:
“But my question for you is around incitement. We had a policy, and it was very controversial, it was carried out under the Bush years, and under the Obama years, of attacking terrorism at its root. Of going after and killing, and in the case of Anwar Awlaki, an American, a Yemeni-American, with a drone strike for the crime of inciting violence, inciting terrorism… the way you root out terrorism, is to take on, in the case of Islamic terrorism, kill those who incite it.”

In effect, MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace is calling for the Biden Administration to kill Americans with drone strikes. But that wasn’t enough for the radical leftists on MSNBC.
Later, responding to another question, another guest on the show, Christopher Watts said:
“If you took what President Trump said, and you instead put it in Anwar Awlaki’s mouth, we would be talking about a drone strike overseas. So that’s one aspect of our political leaders talking about this rhetoric.”
Both Wallace and Watts want to use drones against Trump supporters. Perhaps AOC was talking to them when she called for a list to be made of everyone who voted for or supported Trump. And they say that we’re the ones pushing violence.
Now, Watts and Wallace shouldn’t be taken too seriously. Thanks to the Posse Comitatus Act, signed into law in 1878, the federal government is largely unable to use the military to enforce domestic political objectives. So, even if he wanted to, which I don’t for a moment believe he actually does, President Biden wouldn’t be able to launch Hellfire drones from Reaper drones at any Trump supporters. Wallace and Watts even suggesting it is ridiculous, as would be thinking that it’ll actually happen. It won’t.
But it does show something significant about leftist ideology. The members of the far left, whatever they say, don’t actually want peace and unity. They don’t support free speech, nor do they want to be part of the vast laboratory and free market of ideas that exists when our right to speak freely is protected.
No, as shown by Fools, Frauds, and Firebrands, they want their beliefs to be the only acceptable ones. That’s why they’re waging a war on humor, why Churchill was right about the socialist Gestapo, and why they’re utterly shameless about treading on you and your rights to enforce their anti-freedom agenda. To them, any means are justified by their end, which is ruling America with a far-left government.
So, while it’s important that Wallace and Watts hinted that they want the government to kill Americans with drone strikes, their actual suggestion isn’t what’s important. It is, on its face, ridiculous. Rather, it’s what their suggestion shows, which is that they’re willing to consider anything to enforce their ideology, that we need to recognize and remember.
