Chris Wallace was more or less viewed with complete disdain by the right after his shameful performance during the first 2020 presidential debate, acting in what many saw to be a very biased manner in favor of Joe Biden.
So, when he finally showed his true colors and left Fox for CNN+, many of those same people cheered his departure, glad to see him go and the RINO influence he imparted on the network gone, or at least gone in part.
All those who cheered his departure because they were upset at him over the debate situation now have something to cheer even louder about: CNN+ has had an utterly dismal launch and Wallace isn’t having a good time of it as a result.
That’s according to Jon Nicosia on Twitter, the same guy who said that CNN+ was failing long before any news on the success of the streaming platform had come out and who was later proven correct in that report. He, speaking about Wallace on Twitter, said:

Continuing the Twitter thread, he included an article from MSNBC about the struggles CNN+ is having and then added “SOURCE CONT’D: “He’s telling anyone that will listen he wants Cuomo’s old time slot“‘

In other words, Wallace is supposedly so upset by the complete failure of CNN+, which was supposed to be a huge thing both for him and the network, that he’s making the network promote him even more by putting him in its best time slot. Why it would do so if no one wants to watch him on CNN+ is not clear.
While Fox is certainly better off without Wallace the RINO, his career would likely have been better served by staying on the top network rather than jumping ship for a radical leftist one. But, of course, he did so because Tucker was being…actually conservative, as were other hosts. Speaking on that, Wallace said:
“I’m fine with opinion: conservative opinion, liberal opinion. But when people start to question the truth — Who won the 2020 election? Was Jan. 6 an insurrection? — I found that unsustainable. I spent a lot of 2021 looking to see if there was a different place for me to do my job.”
“Before, I found it was an environment in which I could do my job and feel good about my involvement at Fox. And since November of 2020, that just became unsustainable, increasingly unsustainable as time went on.”
Because he couldn’t handle conservative content, he fled to CNN+, which no one watches, as Axios reported, saying:
The news giant was initially planning to invest around $1 billion in the service over the next four years.
Hundreds of millions of dollars are expected to be cut from that original investment total.
To date, around $300 million has been spent on the subscription service, which includes a sizable marketing investment.
The new company’s leadership team still has yet to decide the ultimate fate of CNN+. CNN’s new boss, Chris Licht, will start May 1.
All that’s to say, Wallace went full leftist and now he’s doing terribly. Shocker.
