The deranged woman who was in a video that went viral over the Christmas holiday, after she attacked an older male passenger during a Delta flight has reportedly been taken into custody by the FBI following the altercation that took place while the plane was in the air.
A google search identified her as Cornwall who also goes by Patty Cornwall, 50, who works as a real estate agent at an upscale vendor, Coldwell Banker Realty, near Pacific Palisades, California.
“Police say they were called to Hartsfield-Jackson International airport last week in reference to an unruly passenger on a Delta flight from Tampa to Atlanta,” WSB-TV reported. “Officers and Delta employees were waiting at the gate when the plane arrived.
Passengers exiting the plane told police that a passenger named Patricia Cornwall caused a ‘disturbance’ that led to the injury of other passengers and Delta employees.”
Fox 10 reported that the police officers took Cornwall into custody and later turned her over to the FBI.
In the video, which has been viewed millions of times, a woman stood over a man who was seated and repeatedly berated him for not wearing a mask while he was eating. She was not wearing a mask during the altercation.
Delta Air Lines responded to the incident by telling the Daily Mail in a statement that it has a zero-tolerance policy for these types of incidents.
“Flight 2790 from Tampa to Atlanta was met by law enforcement after an unruly customer disturbance during flight,” Delta said. “Situations like these are rare for the vast majority of our customers and Delta has zero-tolerance for unruly behavior at our airports and aboard our aircraft.”

With Deltas’s zero-tolerance policy in place, I expect a judge to send Kern to jail for a considerable amount of time and for Delta to compensate the other passenger for them not preventing the assault from taking place on their airline.
