It doesn’t pay to be a RINO sellout to the left. When not acting like petulant tyrants, they’re utterly incompetent and either unable to keep their…gender-ambiguous organs in their pants or mouths closed long enough to not seem like completely incompetent fools.
While many conservatives grasp that and, as a result, have no dealings with the radical left, Chris Wallace apparently didn’t. He, after making a fool of himself during the 2020 Presidential Debate that he “moderated” by firmly taking Brandon’s side, decided to move to CNN. As the AP reported at the time:
But [Wallace] had grown privately frustrated with the overall tenor at Fox, where conservative opinion hosts have been elevated and amplified, particularly after the network’s ratings took a brief hit following the 2020 election…
Wallace had expressed his concern about the strident opinion programming to Fox executives multiple times, including recently after Tucker Carlson’s documentary on the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection, “Patriot Purge,” aired on Fox’s streaming service. Two Fox News contributors, Jonah Goldberg and Stephen Hayes, cited that program in choosing to quit the network.
That hasn’t gone as well as he likely hoped at the time of his move; Fox hasn’t suffered from his departure and has, in fact, increased viewership of his former show and CNN, on the other hand, has been rocked by sex scandal after sex scandal. Between pedos getting caught and Zucker getting ousted (supposedly) because of a sex scandal, that network is looking worse than ever.
Predictably, Wallace, the self-important ass that he is, is furious about that. According to a report from Radar Online “Chris Wallace is “irate” at the ousting of CNN president Jeff Zucker and his future at the news network is uncertain.”
The reason for his anger is the ouster of Zucker, with whom he apparently had a good relationship.
In fact, at the time of his departure from Fox, Wallace said “I am honored and delighted to join Jeff Zucker and his great team,” indicating that Zucker was one of the reasons he ditched Fox for CNN.
Similarly, Zucker fawned over Wallace, saying “It is not often that a news organization gets the opportunity to bring someone of Chris Wallace’s caliber on board.”
So, with Zucker gone because he couldn’t keep his pants on, Wallace is furious and seriously regretting leaving Fox. As Wayne Dupree reported on the issue:
In wake of the decision from WarnerMedia suits to oust Jeff Zucker, Wallace is said to be “second guessing his decision” even though he is believed to be earning $8 to $10 million per year.
“It’s no secret in DC that Wallace hates Jake Tapper and despises Sam Feist,” the source added.
Problem is, unless Wallace wants to retire, he’ll have to move even farther to the left. Fox is doing fine without him, OANN and Newsmax would never hire a RINO like Wallace, and he’s nowhere near compelling enough of a person to do well on his own. So, all that’s left are radical, leftist networks like MSNBC. Perhaps he can replace Whoopi Goldberg.
