Cackling Kamala’s Big Lie – “Build Back Better is Not Going to Cost Anything”

In a speech at the American Medical Association’s annual meeting in Chicago on July 15, 2009, President Barack Obama said,

If you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor. Period. If you like your health care plan, you will be able to keep your health care plan. Period. No one will take it away. No matter what.

When his statement became controversial and he was confronted with its veracity, Obama said,

What we said was you can keep (your plan) if it hasn’t changed since the law passed.” The law he was speaking of was the Affordable Care Act of 2010.

Obama lied and then backtracked.

Enter Vice President Kamala Harris with her profound lie.

At a press conference in Paris last week, when speaking of the Build Back Better Act (H.R. 5376), the Vice President said,

Build Back Better is not going to cost anything, we’re paying for it.”

The Tax Foundation’s analysis of the bill discovered that part of the funding for the legislation is “$530 billion in individual tax increases.”

How is that not costing anything, Kamala?

Anxiously awaiting Harris’ backtracking.
