Senator Chuck Grassley and Senator Ron Johnson, bravely did what many of their weaker-spined colleagues in the Senate GOP would refuse to do: he, in an electrifying moment in the Senate, unveiled and introduced into the record documents that connect the Biden Family to Red China. As you can hear, Senator Johnson, speaking on Hunter Biden’s activities, his connection to his father, and the media’s shameless attempts to cover up those activities, said:
“Over the course of our investigation into how Hunter Biden used his father’s position and name to enrich himself and his family, the dishonest press published countless stories reporting on the Democrats’ false charge that we were soliciting and disseminating Russian disinformation.
Once we issued our September and November 2020 reports, which were based almost exclusively on U.S. sourced documents and interviews with U.S. citizens, the media largely ignored it. When they did write a story on it, they declared that our reports found nothing new. A classic media cover-up.”
Continuing his diatribe, Senator Johnson then dropped a bomb on the Senate, saying that Hunter had taken money from a company closely tied to the Red Chinese government and saying:
“the false attacks have not deterred us. That’s why we’re presenting additional evidence today and over the next few days. For example, this is the first time this document is being made public. It shows that money from CEFC – which is effectively an arm of the Chinese Government – went directly to Hunter Biden.”
Senator Grassley, jumping in to describe CEFC, the company with which Hunter’s firm was allegedly doing business, said:
“CEFC operated under the guise of a private company but was for all intents and purposes an arm of the Chinese government. Hunter Biden and James Biden served as the perfect vehicle by which the communist Chinese government could gain inroads here in the United States through CEFC and its affiliates.”
Fox, reporting on the payment to which Senator Johnson referred, noted that:
According to a receipt provided by the senators, the state-controlled Chinese energy company CEFC paid Wells Fargo Clearing Services $100,000 with “further credit” going to Owasco, Hunter Biden’s firm.
So, a company Hunter was involved with took $100,000 from a state-controlled CCP company and the Senators have proof of that allegation: a receipt that proves Hunter’s firm did in fact take the money.
And why are we just now hearing about this? Why have the vagaries of Hunter’s suspect business activities not been made known to every American? According to Senator Johnson, that’s because the media is covering it up. He said:
“Bank records like this piece of evidence are pretty hard to deny and sweep under the rug. Our reports were chocked full of irrefutable evidence like this. And yet, the media buried those details, in an attempt to keep it hidden from the American people.”
Americans deserve to know what the son of the president was doing collecting massive checks for his firm from a CCP-tied business, along with all those other businesses that cut him or his firm’s checks. Thank goodness Senators Grassley and Johnson are doing so.
