Former President Donald Trump must have been talking to Senator Elizabeth “Pocahontas” Warren about what to do following the FBI raid on his Mar-a-Lago residence, as he’s put on warpaint and gone on the warpath against the Biden Regime for the raid, fighting over what materials from the raid can be used against him.
He filed the lawsuit in the US District Court in the Southern District of Florida on Monday afternoon. As a basis for the suit, Trump argued that his Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure was violated by the FBI’s raid on his home and wanton seizure of his property, such as his passports.
The Daily Mail, reporting on what the lawsuit says in regard to the Fourth Amendment and the raid itself, reported that:
‘Politics cannot be allowed to impact the administration of justice. President Donald Trump is the clear frontrunner in the 2024 Republican Presidential Primary and in the 2024 General Election, should he decide to run’, the lawsuit reads.
It adds that the raid on Mar-a-Lago was ‘shockingly aggressive’ and the move showed ‘no understanding of the distress that it would cause most Americans.’
‘Like all citizens, (Trump) is protected by the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Property seized in violation of his constitutional rights musty be returned forthwith’.
The lawsuit also argued that Trump was treated “differently than any other citizen” by the DOJ and FBI, citing the Russia Hoax that so viciously and unfairly targeted him as evidence for that while also pointing to Peter Strozk and Lisa Page, as the Daily Mail also reported, saying:
‘Two years of noisy ‘Russian collusion’ investigations led to a Special Counsel’s finding of biased FBI agents and officials,’ the suit says.
It says ‘text exchanges between the lead agent (Peter Stzrok) and his paramour (Lisa Page) reflect their complete disdain and bias against President Trump and his supporters, while they were entrusted with probing the farcical Russian collusion claims.
That is a reference to the FBI ‘lovers,’ lawyers who worked on the probe who were found to have exchanged anti-Trump tweets.
Trump also commented on the matter by “retruthing” a post of Mark Levin’s on Truth Social in which Levin said:
This is how the crooked DOJ works: leak to the corrupt NY Slimes about “classified documents” to create a narrative, while in court claiming the need for secrecy, thereby character assassinating President Trump and making it nearly impossible to defend one’s self. The NY Slimes has more information than Trump’s lawyers. And typically the information is disinformation spread by the government.
We’ll see where the lawsuit goes. Florida’s probably as friendly a place as any for him to start it, and the FBI’s taking of his passports seems particularly egregious.
But, in all reality, that’s not the most important aspect of this. Rather, what really matters is that Trump is back on the offensive, counter-punching. That’s his environment, the perfect place for him to be. And Biden handed him the opportunity on a silver platter.
