Three Little Words: Proving Biden is a Puppet Dictator

Buried in a Biden administration official statement on whether vaccination might be necessary for interstate travel in the near future are three little ― and yet very troubling ― words.

According to an apnews.com analysis of the statement, the administration is concerned for the perception if it were found out that such a travel ban for the unvaccinated is even on the table. Quoting from the post:

“Still, while more severe measures — such as mandating vaccines for interstate travel or changing how the federal government reimburses treatment for those who are unvaccinated and become ill with COVID-19 — have been discussed, the administration worried that they would be too polarizing for the moment.” [Emphasis added]

Those three little words change the whole complexion of the denial. It is “too polarizing” right now if the administration were to forbid interstate travel to unvaccinated U.S. citizens. But maybe it won’t be all that polarizing in the future. Or it will still be polarizing, but when they reach a level of strength that allows them to not give a damn, the order will be issued.

So the reality is, such a travel ban is being considered.

What Joe Biden’s puppet masters are planning actually is an interstate travel ban in response to the Delta variant of the CCP virus. While more contagious that the original sinister disease created in a Chinese lab, it is not as deadly or debilitating. The ban would not be on everyone, of course. Instead, the ban would target the unvaccinated population utilizing a “vaccine passport” scheme.

The Fascists really want Americans to get vaccinated, and after rolling out all the stops ― from free beer to free Uber rides to child care to state-run lotteries, all of which failed miserably ― the administration obviously has plans to penalize those that either won’t get the shot or don’t feel obligated to prove to the government or businesses that they’ve gotten the shot.

Hundreds of thousands of U.S. government employees have been forced by the Biden administration to get vaccinated. The government has urged businesses to force their employees to get vaccinated as well, under penalty of losing their position or being subjected to weekly, persistent CCP virus testing.

Biden administration media flaks said in this carefully crafted statement the officials would work with businesses to create a vaccine credentialing system, but have repeatedly said that there would be no federal database of vaccine recipients. How that would even be possible is a conundrum for another day.

There is one small problem with the Biden administration’s plan. It’s unconstitutional and it violates federal medical privacy laws.

Freedom of movement is a fundamental human right that is backed by the U.S. Constitution and judicial precedent. While there has not been a major challenge to the U.S. citizen’s right to interstate travel, there are instances that back it.

In 1941, California’s ban on travel to the state by the “Okies” ― farmers and small businessmen from Oklahoma displaced by the ravaging dust storms of the 1930s ― was found unconstitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court.

In a 1999 case, Justice John Paul Stevens wrote the majority opinion outlining three separate aspects of the right to travel between states that the U.S. Constitution protects.

  • The right to enter one state and leave another (an inherent right with historical support from the Articles of Confederation),
  • The right to be treated as a welcome visitor rather than a hostile stranger (protected by the “Privileges and Immunities” clause in Article IV, § 2), and
  • For those who become permanent residents of a state, the right to be treated equally to native-born citizens (this is also protected by the above-named Fourteenth Amendment clause).

Citing the majority opinion in the Slaughter-House Cases, Justice Stevens said, “the Privileges or Immunities Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment . . . has always been common ground that this Clause protects the third component of the right to travel.”).

Any attempt by the Biden administration to circumvent the constitutional right of U.S. citizens to travel between states would likely be found unconstitutional, based on those three court cases.

Equally serious for consideration is that such an order would violate The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). This a federal law that requires the creation of national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient’s consent or knowledge. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued the HIPAA Privacy Rule to implement the requirements of HIPAA.

The HIPAA Security Rule protects a subset of information covered by the Privacy Rule, which standards address the use and disclosure of individuals’ protected health information by entities subject to the Privacy Rule. These individuals and organizations are doctors, doctors’ offices, hospitals or clinics providing either healthcare or mental health treatment, as well as all government agencies at the local, state and federal levels.

A major goal of the Privacy Rule is to ensure that individuals’ health information is properly protected while allowing the flow of health information needed to provide and promote high quality health care and to protect the public’s health and well-being. The Privacy Rule is supposed to strike a balance that permits valid uses of information while protecting the privacy of people who seek care and healing.

An individual cannot be forced to reveal their own healthcare information. Period. Yet that is exactly what so-called vaccine passports, mandates and requirements are going to make us do ― reveal to the government, schools, airlines and employers our protected health information.

Many colleges and universities announced earlier in the summer they would require students to provide proof of vaccine for the fall semester. Florida, Texas, Missouri, Indiana and a handful of other states have banned such HIPAA-violating requirements, but far too many schools are getting away with it. Ironically, most students don’t appear to be bothered by the edicts.

The future ramifications of such an uncaring attitude of students willing to allow an illegal invasion of privacy into their lives should give everyone pause.

Tuesday, the Las Vegas Raiders announced the team will require fans to provide evidence of vaccination before being allowed to enter the stadium. The policy will go into effect for the team’s next game in Las Vegas, the Raiders’ regular NFL season opener against the Baltimore Ravens on September 13.

It is a carrot-and-stick approach. By requiring all fans to prove they’ve been vaccinated, those attending Raiders’ games will not have to wear masks inside the stadium. The team’s front office did everything it could to convince the public of its benevolent intent.

“Health and safety has always been our number one priority,” Raiders owner Mark Davis said in a statement. “After consultation with [the governor’s office] and other community leaders, this policy ensures that we will be able to operate at full capacity without masks for fully vaccinated fans for the entire season.”

The team’s requirement is at least partially motivated by Gov. Steve Sisolak (D-NV), who Monday ordered all conventions and concert events to require similar passports of attendees. Nevada thereby became the first state other than California to have such a mandate. Other blue states are likely to follow as the Biden Fascists hector skeptics over masks, vaccines and lockdown orders, fearmongering over the CCP virus heading into the Fall.

Sisolak’s hypocrisy is evident in this order. It includes a caveat that, if event organizers find they are turning away large numbers of people because they are unvaccinated or refuse to produce evidence they are, they can declare the concerts and conventions “mask-free events.”

The unknown ― or at least, not publicly identified ― Biden puppet masters are making it clear they are hell-bent on instituting a Fascist dictatorship in the U.S. Power and control are the two major factors that must be instituted for that to happen. Fear provides the power and control. For the Biden Fascists, the pandemic provides the perfect scenario to instill fear.

The mandates such as we see the Raiders instituting, the executive order that Biden’s shadowy handlers are considering, is not the beginning of the process, but the end. The Fascist Left, operating through the Democrat Party, has spent 18 months ramping up fear, stress and anxiety over a disease that is no more deadly than the seasonal flu ― though it is obviously more devastating in elderly patients with comorbidity such as obesity, diabetes, COPD or other respiratory illnesses, heart disease, etc.

That fear has taken root among a sufficient number of people that these unelected puppet masters, not bound by the strictures of the Constitution, now feel comfortable telling their puppet to issue an interstate travel ban for the unvaccinated.

Imagine being stopped on an interstate highway, an Amtrak line, a Greyhound bus or at the airport by Biden’s secret police who greet you with the too-familiar Fascist phrase, “Papers, please.”

It that doesn’t rally Americans to action, nothing will.
